如果說(shuō)材料是模型的“骨骼”，那么設(shè)計(jì)圖就是模型的“靈魂”。一個(gè)好的設(shè)計(jì)，可以起到畫龍點(diǎn)睛的作用。設(shè)計(jì)方案也是客戶對(duì)定制模型的第一印象。好的仿真模型不僅要形似，還要神似。那么精細(xì)化的設(shè)計(jì)就成為必不可少。

If materials are the "bones" of a model, then design drawings are the "soul" of the model. A good design can serve as the finishing touch. The design plan is also the customer's first impression of the customized model. A good simulation model should not only be similar in appearance, but also in spirit. So refined design becomes essential.

設(shè)計(jì)之前，要先熟悉定制產(chǎn)品型號(hào)，搜集大量的參考資料，包括外觀尺寸、細(xì)節(jié)部件、涂裝樣式等等。先進(jìn)行三維建模，確定外部造型，及裝配方式。再由三維數(shù)模分部件設(shè)計(jì)平面加工圖紙。一架大型飛機(jī)模型加工圖紙不會(huì)低于100張。

First, conduct 3D modeling to determine the external shape and assembly method. Then design the planar machining drawings based on the three-dimensional numerical and analog components. 地隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展，模型制作工藝也逐漸從純手工加工向機(jī)械化加工或機(jī)械化輔助加工轉(zhuǎn)變。先進(jìn)的機(jī)械加工設(shè)備的加入可以更好地控制產(chǎn)品精度，對(duì)于提升模型仿真度起到了關(guān)鍵作用。尤其是在測(cè)試類型的樣機(jī)加工項(xiàng)目中，對(duì)于尺寸的公差要求往往在0.2mm左右，這個(gè)量級(jí)的精度僅靠手工加工是無(wú)法達(dá)到的。以往印象中高大上的三軸、五軸加工中心也正在逐步參與到模型的制作當(dāng)中。
